These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, patient portals and services operated by Flash LLC, doing business as Gust Health ("Gust Health," "we," "us," or "our").

By using our services, you agree to these Terms and our applicable Privacy Policy, Cancellation Policy, Refund Policy and Consent to Telehealth.
Gust Health provides technology and administrative services that facilitate access to independent licensed healthcare professionals and authorized pharmacy partners.
Services may include:
Online medical intake questionnaires
Access to telehealth consultations
Treatment and prescription coordination
Prescription fulfillment coordination
Patient account management
Membership billing and customer support
Secure communications related to treatment
Gust Health is not itself a medical practice and does not independently diagnose medical conditions or prescribe medications.
Medical services are provided by independent licensed healthcare professionals affiliated with Arora Health and Aesthetics or other appropriately authorized clinical organizations.
All medical decisions, including treatment eligibility, prescribing, dosage, continuation and discontinuation, are made by the treating healthcare professional.
Submitting a questionnaire or purchasing a membership does not guarantee a prescription.
A healthcare provider may determine that telehealth treatment is inappropriate or that additional evaluation is necessary.
To use Gust Health's current weight-management services, you must:
Be at least 18 years old
Be located in a jurisdiction where the requested services are available
Provide accurate and complete information
Meet any applicable clinical eligibility requirements
Agree to the applicable terms and informed consent documents
Availability may vary based on provider licensure, pharmacy authorization and other applicable requirements.
Telehealth involves healthcare services delivered using electronic communications when the patient and healthcare professional are in different locations.
Telehealth may include asynchronous questionnaires, secure messaging, telephone calls or video consultations where appropriate.
Telehealth is not suitable for every medical condition and does not replace emergency or necessary in-person medical care.

Healthcare professionals independently determine whether a patient is eligible for treatment.
Any prescription, medication selection, dosing schedule or treatment adjustment is subject to clinical judgment.
Patients must not change prescribed medication doses without appropriate medical guidance.
Compounded medications are not FDA-approved finished drug products. Their use is subject to applicable prescribing, dispensing and pharmacy requirements.
Gust Health currently offers the following monthly weight-management memberships:
Semaglutide + B12: $199 per month
Tirzepatide + B12: $249 per month
Memberships are subject to medical approval and availability.
The applicable price, recurring billing frequency, payment timing and included services are presented during checkout.
By enrolling in a recurring membership, you authorize Gust Health and its payment service providers to charge your selected payment method according to the disclosed billing terms until cancellation takes effect.
Submitting a treatment request does not guarantee medical approval.
Initial treatment membership charges are processed according to the payment conditions disclosed at checkout, including the applicable medical approval requirements.
If treatment is declined, any applicable charges or authorizations will be handled in accordance with the checkout terms and Refund Policy.
Memberships renew monthly unless canceled.
You may request cancellation by contacting support@joingust.com or through any cancellation functionality made available in your patient account.
Cancellation and refund eligibility are governed by our Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy.
If a licensed healthcare provider issues a prescription, fulfillment may be coordinated through Vials Pharmacy or another authorized dispensing pharmacy where applicable.
Prescription fulfillment is subject to pharmacy acceptance, medication availability, shipping eligibility and applicable law.
Gust Health does not guarantee the availability of any particular medication, formulation or dose.
You agree to:
Provide truthful and complete medical information
Disclose relevant medications, allergies and health conditions
Maintain accurate account and shipping information
Follow your healthcare provider's instructions
Protect your account credentials
Notify Gust Health of suspected unauthorized account activity
Use the services only for lawful personal purposes
Gust Health and authorized service providers may send operational communications concerning your account, treatment requests, billing, prescriptions and orders.
Optional marketing communications will be subject to applicable consent and opt-out requirements.
Our Privacy Policy describes how Gust Health handles personal information.
Medical information may also be governed by the treating healthcare provider's Notice of Privacy Practices.
Although reasonable security safeguards are used, no electronic system is entirely free of risk.
General information provided through Gust Health is intended for educational and informational purposes.
It is not a substitute for personalized medical advice, diagnosis or treatment from a licensed healthcare professional.
Gust Health is not an emergency medical service.
If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or seek immediate emergency medical attention.
We may modify, suspend or discontinue services or offerings, subject to applicable law and contractual obligations.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Gust Health is not responsible for interruptions, delays or losses resulting from circumstances outside its reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our services, business practices or applicable law.
Material changes will be communicated where required.
